WHAT TO EXPECT IN A
FULL BODY BLAST CLASS

Want a upbeat higher intensity class then this is the one for you. Blast the fat away in this HIIT class.

This class is set out with a timer for each exercise and several exercises at each station. You complete each station 2-3 times and then you move stations. I usually set this class up in a pod format so you complete one pod with several stations in it then rotate to the next pod. Full Body Blast is just how it sounds, It's a full body workout with each pod focusing on a different stimulus.

SWEAT ◼️ SWEAT ◼️ SWEAT

For those wanting to increase their overall physical fitness this is the class for you. ALWAYS work at your own level and pace I just ask one thing in this class, you try as hard as YOU  can.

In a Full Body Blast class we use weights as well as body weight to put you through a full body workout. 

Fitness looks different for everyone don't worry about what the person next to you is doing you work at a pace that's comfortable to you with a weight that is comfortable for you.

I don't compromise technique for speed.

VARIETY ◼️ CHANGE

I pride myself on variety in the sessions we run. I don't think we have ever done the same program twice how ever you will do similar exercises each session so don't worry about having to remember lots of different exercises. I love providing lots of variety in training stimulus for our members. Doing different exercises during this class specifically without even knowing it you will be working the same muscle groups in different ways.

Training doesn't have to be monotonous. 

Fridays at New Body Loading are high energy and super fun.
