Get 1x PT session per week with additional gym or home based workouts delivered via our online coaching app.
This is the ULTIMATE Gold Standard in Personal Training as you have guidance the whole way through your fitness journey. Personalised gym or home based workouts in addition to a face to face session. In F2F sessions we have the ability to perfect technique and cues for you to remember in your subsequent solo workout OR use the 60 minutes to smash out a high intensity bootcamp style session OR we can go HEAVY and do all the complicated difficult lifts during or F2F sessions and then you are able to work on accessory exercises in between.
There are so many outstanding options available to you, and I would have to say that I see the biggest body composition changes with this style of coaching.
