I work with both men and women and focus on short and long term programing for both.
Working this closely with your own Personal Trainer gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your training and technique.
I love working with and admire individuals that are HELL BENT on improving their lives.
As a coach I can't want success for you more than you want it for yourself BUT I will give you all the knowledge I have, what you do with that is up to you.
